I’m building something different. And I’m looking for the right people to build it with.

    I’m launching The Ri-Set Coach with a small cohort of leaders who are willing to go deep. These aren’t discounted sessions. They’re fully developed partnerships at founder’s rates whilst I build my practice. 

In exchange for your trust and feedback, you get full access to my approach, priority scheduling, and a say in how the programme evolves.

Below is an overview of the Founder’s Programme pathways. These rates are available to the first 15 clients and won’t be offered again.

1. The Momentum Pathway

3-month partnership
(8 sessions)

When you need to get unstuck, fast. We create space for you to see what actually matters and take your first real steps forward.

What we do:

  • Build your personal decision-making framework
  • Create a 90-day roadmap for your energy
  • 8 sessions over 12 weeks (60 mins each)

Best for: Leaders navigating a transition who need stability and direction now.

2. The Courageous Leader

6-month partnership
(12 sessions)

When success on the outside doesn't match the inside. Getting your insides to match your outsides so you lead from a place that's true.

What we do:

  • Fortnightly reflection prompts to see patterns
  • Shift from "doing" to "being" a leader
  • Build boundaries that protect your energy

Best for: Established leaders who feel the gap between success and fulfilment.

3. The Legacy Partnership

6-month partnership
(16 sessions)

A space where nothing is expected of you. We explore what’s beneath the performance and build leadership that doesn't burn you out.

What we do:

  • A half-day visioning intensive
  • Develop grounded authority for high-pressure
  • Create a strategic legacy map for peace

Best for: Founders, CEOs, and visionaries needing private partnership at the highest level.

One last thing: As I'm building this practice, I'm documenting the journey with my first clients. If you do decide to continue, I'd love to eventually share your story (anonymously or with your permission) as a case study. No pressure, just wanted to mention it now.
